As you face this difficult situation, we want you to know that you are not alone. At heart to Heart, you and your baby are our priority. We are here to help you through this challenging time. We understand that this is an emotional time you will be assigned a case manager to help you with your day to day needs, and a counselor to help support you emotionally.
We offer two programs, a residential program in Utah, as well as a program that will support you in your home state.
Transportation to and from Utah.
Fully furnished comfortable apartments.
Weekly allowance for grocery and household needs.
Pregnancy related medical needs.
Individual and group counseling.
Group activities.
Help in choosing an adoptive family.
Support during labor delivery and placement.
Help in planning your return home.
Ongoing emotional support.
Post placement living expenses
Financial assistance for basic living expenses, as needed.
Assist in providing pregnancy related medical needs.
