We had been trying to adopt through a local agency in our home state for several years before we found Heart to Heart through our adoption consultant. We knew as we learned more about Heart to Heart that they were the agency for us - everyone was so caring and even though they handle a lot of adoptions the service and care given to families and birth parents is so personal.
We were shown to a few birth moms for available situations and were not chosen, but didn't wait long - we were matched with our beautiful birth mom Christina about 3 or 4 months after registering with Heart to Heart.
Our little guy decided to arrive a few weeks earlier than planned, but everything was a very smooth process and the Heart to Heart staff was always there. They treated us and our birth mom with so much care and love. We could tell they were so genuine with their care and concern. It has been 6 months since we brought our sweet boy home and we are so grateful for Heart to Heart. They helped us find the missing piece to our family!
We would not hesitate to recommend Heart to Heart to anyone wanting to adopt. They are the best!

Our adoption was a whirlwind. We received an email late in the day - the following day we were matched, and our daughter was born the day after that! Heart to Heart has been amazing and their staff is so supportive and helpful. We never had to wait for an answer and were never treated poorly. They cared so much about everyone in this process.

Working with Heart to Heart was the greatest experience one could ever pray for. They made the process so smooth and stress free. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe how wonderful and exceptional they are. The care they showed our birthmother was like nothing I've ever experienced before. Our social worker Rachel was attentive, caring and every adoptive parent and birth mother should consider it a privilege to get to work with her. But, first and foremost, our unending gratitude is to our birthmother. She is beyond anything we ever expected. After our first conference call we felt like we'd known her forever. She is the most selfless person and considered it a blessing to be able to give us our dream of having a famiy. She will never know the extent of how much we love her and how she has made this process the happiest day of our lives. Our process was rather quick. Our adoption application with Heart to Heart was approved 3/4/11, we were matched 3/25/11, and holding our little bundle of joy 4/7/11. We got to be at the hospital when he was born and were even able to give him his first bath. I'd recommend anyone looking to adopt to contact Heart to Heart. They make dreams come true.

We are not certain if many adoptions happen this fast, but we were matched almost instantly. It was quick. Here we are now spending a bunch of money on baby pictures with this beautiful gift from God, our baby girl. Heart to Heart has been so very helpful to everyone involved in this journey. We would certainly use them again.

We are very grateful for everything that Rachel did for us before and during our match. Everyone was very helpful and quickly answered any questions that we had. You all have been so wonderful to work with. I've recommended you all to everyone I know who's feeling led to adopt. I love that so many of the same people are still working with Heart to Heart our third time around. Debbie was Liam's angel mom when she took him into her home while [birthmother] was making her decision. And Rachel was so wonderful with us, even picking us up at the airport late in the evening when our flight arrived late. And it was Debbie who handed Liam over to us, meeting us at the agency after hours in all that snow!!! Several of you came, never acting like it was your "job" to do so. It was the biggest and greatest moment of my life and I felt like you were genuinely happy for us... Rejoicing with us. You even had pizza delivered because we hadn't eaten! Our experience was so beautiful that we came back a second time. We were in awe that our second placement was just as seamless. Our birthmother was so grateful for the care she was given, too. And the open relationship we have with her now is priceless. Adoption offers everyone involved - hope. Hope for the birthmother to provide her baby with the family she feels her baby needs... And hope for the adoptive parents to take on the grandest responsibility in the universe!!! We are so blessed. Thank you.

The case manager for the birth mother was so kind and attentive. We also had someone with us at all times. It was a great experience and we are thrilled with our new daughter.

I just wanted to say thank you for helping us complete our family. While we were on the waiting list, I called H2H every week to check on new situation and you never seemed annoyed by my frequent calls. Rebecca was wonderful to work with at the hospital. Her heart is into what she's doing. She was there when we had bumps in the road & helped us work through it. She conversed with BM often when we had specific questions needing answered. She even took BM to grocery store and to her home after she was discharged. Even helped me get settled! Will recommend you to others.

She was always available via cell, whether it was a simple text message or us needing some hand holding through the process. This simple act was truly appreciated!
