Generally adoptive families call and request information about our agency and the adoptive process or download it from below. Michelle and Lisa represent Heart to Heart Adoptions in answering questions regarding adoptive families. If you wish to apply, you can load an application from below or she will send you an information packet and will respond to any concerns you have.
In addition to completing and returning the Application and Orientation information, you will need to obtain and send a current favorable adoptive home study and several copies (4 or more) of your Adoptive profile (see application for Creating your Adoptive Profile.)
