It is a joy to work in this field, to watch adoptive families and birth parents work through the challenges they face during this time. As the mother of three adopted boys I have great love and appreciation for those women who place their children for adoption. I started this agency in 1998 with the hopes that we could make a positive difference in the lives of these courageous people. We have a great team that works hard to do that and who love the people they serve.

I have worked in adoption for five years. It is a very exciting and dynamic career. I love to meet all the strong and courageous birthmothers as well as our caring adoptive families. It is rewarding to see birth mothers and adoptive families learn empathy for each others situations. Another great part of my job is educating and supporting our clients. I work with a wonderful group of women that work together to help our clients through the emotional adoption process. It is a privilege to be part of this miraculous process.

I have worked at Heart to Heart since 2008 as an Adoptive Family Specialist. I help prepare and educate the families during the adoption process. I am part of an amazing group of women who work together to help create families through adoption. To be involved in this amazing journey of watching our adoptive couples become parents for the first time or adding to their families is a beautiful experience.

I started working for Heart to Heart Adoptions in 2008 after I witnessed the amazing impact of adoption through a dear family friend. I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and currently work as the Legal Coordinator. I love working with adoptive families, attorneys and social workers from placement until finalization.

Hello my name is Patti. I am a case manager for birthmothers. I have been with Heart to Heart since 2009. I’m originally from Colorado and have now lived in Utah for 25 years. I’m married and have four children. I’ve worked with birth moms for almost 2 years and have loved every minute of it! I have enjoyed helping them through this time in their life and getting to know them personally.

My name is Sondra. I graduated from the Utah Valley University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am a birthmother case manager and I have been with Heart to Heart since 2009. I love to meet birth mothers from all parts of the country; I really enjoying getting to know them and helping them through this time in their lives. My co-workers at Heart to Heart are like a second family, they share my dedication and love of adoption. Heart to Heart is a fun and energetic place to work even though at times it can be very difficult. In the end, I feel if I can be helpful to the birth mother and the adoptive family in any way it’s all worth it.

I absolutely love my job working with the birthmoms at Heart to Heart. I provide information and support for birthmoms who are looking into placing a child. I admire and respect the courage it takes to make the initial call and appreciate that I get to visit with such special people everyday.

My name is Sherry and I started out at Heart to Heart as a case manager in 2005. I graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have worked in several different areas of the agency working with both adoptive families and birth parents. When I started my own family, I began to work part-time. I assist in the legal department by maintaining files and I assist with special projects. I have a deep affection for this agency and the amazing work that the wonderful women I work with do every day.

I do the home studies and post placement visits for Heart to Heart.  I love going to the homes and meeting the wonderful adoptive families that we work with.  Having been involved in adoption for many years now and I find it extremely rewarding work.

I have worked in Adoption for many years and love it.  I enjoy working with the birthparents that call in and care about them a great deal.

I am really lucky to have two positions with Heart to Heart. I work in the office and assist with the adoption process from beginning to end. I also help support our our-of-state birth moms from the time they contact us through placement. I get the opportunity to travel around the country to help adoptive families connect with our birth moms and their babies.

Hi my name is Kaylee. I am originally from Idaho and moved to Utah with my husband several years ago. I graduated in Social Work at Utah Sate University where I gained a strong desire to work in adoption. I work both with birth moms and adoptive families. I love witnessing the strength and courage the birth moms and adoptive families show throughout this process and am very grateful to work with such amazing people!
